Why We Created MapleNow

In today’s rapidly evolving digital world, information is increasingly controlled by a few large tech corporations. As a result, Canadian users often struggle to find truly local online resources. Many essential Canadian websites are buried under global search results, making it difficult to access local services quickly.

We believe Canada deserves its own dedicated digital navigation hub, where information is curated with Canadians in mind, free from unnecessary clutter and foreign platform biases. MapleNow is our answer to this problem.

How We Sustain MapleNow

While MapleNow is a community-driven initiative, maintaining the platform requires resources. Currently, we display minimal advertisements to help cover basic operational costs such as hosting, development, and future improvements. However, our goal is not to maximize profit but to keep this platform accessible and independent.

MapleNow is just getting started! Our first phase focuses on building a comprehensive directory of essential Canadian websites to make navigation easier. In the next phase, we plan to introduce user accounts, allowing you to customize your experience, save favorite websites, and access personalized features.
