Practical Notes for Patients
- Referrals: many specialist first appointments at the Glen site for adults require a referral via the MUHC Referral Portal.
- Hospital cards are being phased out as of August 28, 2025, so check what documentation is needed before visits.
- Construction / traffic: there are repair works (e.g. on underground parking membranes) and traffic reorganization underway, which may affect access and arrival times.
- Parking and visitor flow: because of the size and specialization of the campus, parking can be busy or constrained; arriving early or using public transit may reduce delays.
